Obermeyer Women's Sugarbush Ski Pants - Waterproof Insulated Snow Pants for Women - Perfect for Skiing, Snowboarding & Winter Outdoor Activities

Sized really small, I started with an 8 which is my usual size, they were crazy small. I went up to a 10 and they fit but were so snug through the hips that I had no range of motion. Seem to be sized for an ultra-marathon running woman with no curves. I snowboard and hoped ski pants would work but the range of motion needed to snowboard must be much more than to ski. Very high waisted which was the other problem, the waistline was at the bottom of my ribs (and yet somehow I still had gapping problems in the back when I bent over, guess there just wasn't enough fabric to go around). I knew bending in half to strap-in would be awful. Disappointed because so far these are the only high quality ski pants I have found with true elastic panels in the waist. If you are very slender, like a twig and you only ski you may like these, they were nicely made and the elastic panels do look promising should the fit else where work for you. So next I'm just going to buy a pair of snowboarding pants that are so big for me they are like a barrel hanging from suspenders. . .Very warm even skiing in windy 21 degrees. I like the small elastic side panels that give you some flex when bending over to put on boots but the sleek waist band without loops or bulky pockets. 1 small zippered coin pocket (or tissue pocket) is all there is. I tried these on in a ski store and they were twice the price as on Amazon.So....these came without tags. They seemed used to me. Sadly returning.Nice quality for ski pants. However I am long waisted and the pants have a short in seam. I returned them as I knew skiing in them would be too uncomfortable.The pants are a great fit; delivery was as expected, and the packaging was not excessive, which I appreciate! I haven’t worn the pants down the slopes yet, but they seem like they’ll be great!I love obermeyer and these were great. I ordered tall and they were perfect for my height. I was also never cold and there was some pretty savage winds where I was skiing.I liked the ski pant but I ordered the wrong size.Really liked the pants but had to return because they were too large. Hoping to find a pair in my size.
