I have been an avid fan of Alegria’s since I started nursing. These ones were true to size and broken-in within a week. I’m a size 8 normally and 38 in this brand always fits.I am a nurse in the hospital setting on my feet pretty much all day these are very comfortable and therapeutic shoesLike that there very comfortable and love the colors in the shoe.Love Alegria shoesI stand all day and I always wear AlgeriaMy favorite brand everI returned these. I loved the color and the print. I love Alegria shoes, because I stand all day and they are the most comfortable I have found. But these the leather was very stiff and hard. They may have softened up after wearing for a while. I hated to send them back.First off- this pattern is SO CUTE!! I’m a labor and delivery RN, so these babies are perfect! BUT, I ordered a womens “10” which is what I wear in US sizes, not knowing Algeria uses the other sizing. I wear size 41. When these arrived I was so excited, but the box clearly says size 9.5-10, or size 40, so they were too small. I ordered a “10.5-11” which should be a size 41. We will see!I usually wear a size 9 in US/Canadian size shoes. I had previously owned a pair of these exact same shoes, different pattern, in a EU40 wide and as the leather stretched over a couple months they began to feel quite large in both width and length, flapping off my heels as I walk. So this time I opted for the size 9 regular width option on Amazon and they felt quite snug on my first wear. They have since stretched out and feel much better but I still feel the length is too short. I must fall somewhere in between. Other than me struggling to find my perfect size, the shoes themselves are gorgeous. I’ve received so many compliments on them. The colors are vibrant and exactly as pictured. The leather is soft and supple. The heels are solid and the soles are supportive for my flat feet just as the pair was that I bought previously at Keltic Clothing. They’re definitely a high quality shoe and I do highly recommend them for long work hours on your feet.My first pair I ordered was a 35.5-36 and were a smidge big . This time I ordered a 35 . I'm a 6 usually and they fit perfectly. Love these shoes they last , and are comfortable for long shifts . Also non slip .Took a couple days to break them in but they are very comfortable, look great, and my legs and back no longer hurt after a day of workHad problems with my feet and being on feet for long shifts makes it worse. I bought these and my feet have started to feel less achy. Expensive but worth the price to save my nursing feet.In love with these shoes! I found my forever brand nursing shoes! The sugar skull design is my thing too!!! Super comfortable!Thank you!
