The color of this cable Knit sweater is great, however, the sweater itself run SHORT. I am 5"8 and it was short on me.This is definitely a cute style idea for a sweater... perfect fall color and who doesn't love a little fringe? The sweater itself is a beautiful deep maroon color. The most accurate photo when displaying the color is probably the first one (with the temperamental fringe sticking out)... though the color in real life does seem richer/deeper.The feel of the sweater: It was soft to the touch, but when I actually put it on I felt like it wasn't the softest thing against my skin... but it wasn't unwearable. In my opinion, it feels pretty average for a sweater. Then again, I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to preference for soft/comfortable clothes. I think I'll probably wear a thin longsleeve shirt under this sweater.Frenzied fringe: It also took quite a fair bit of running my fingers through the fringe to make it lay just right. It may be that the packaging had something to do with creasing the fringe so it didn't lay flat (reference the first picture). I'm hoping the fringe will calm down after it's been hanging for a while. But then again... I also noticed the fringe had a decent amount of static after I had tried to smooth it down. I'll try rubbing it with a static-fighting dryer sheet. I was also a little disappointed that the braiding/stitching right above the fringe wasn't as robust as was seen in the Amazon picture.Sizing: I ordered a large in an attempt to get the oversized look. I was hoping to wear it with leggings this fall/winter and I think I MIGHT still be able to get away with it. We'll see. For reference, I'm about 5'4", 145ish pounds and I typically wear a size 6/medium.At this point, the jury is still out on whether I'll love this due to the fringe issues/softness... but it's got potential and I'm willing to give it a go with leggings and boots!This is a basic sweater for the fall, cute with a few hiccups. I got the salmon color which looks good. The material isn’t as soft as it looks, it feels closer to a yarn-like texture. I usually wear tank tops underneath my sweaters anyway so I don’t think it will be a big deal.The fringes (as pictured) need to be combed out a little to look the way that they should but that’s expected, however, they do puff out at my shoulders a little. The fit is a little boxy.I don’t hate it by any means, it will definitely get some use this Fall & Winter but it’s not one of my favorite sweaters. It will serve its purpose.This sweater seriously is super cute. I love the feel of it, the weight and length of it is perfect and most of all I love the burgundy color. However, the tassels leave me a little frazzled. Although they are cute they most definitely get stuck together and tangles very easily. I had to brush them out to get them all to lay flat like in the picture but they don't stay like that for long is you're walking around doing stuff. That would be my only negative feedback but overall this is such a cute sweater and I will probably wind up buying more.I pleasantly surprised m. This sweater is different and it looks very nice on. I washed it and the tassels were a little matted but I combed them out carefully and it looked great. Not sure how long this will last but I know I’ll get one season out of it.I love a sweater with unique details, and the fringe on this is fun. It's a bitten shorted from neckline to bottom hem that I thought it would be, so I just layer a longer, lightweight shirt underneath. Great style over jean and with boots.There’s a lot going on with this pullover. Gorgeous details in the weave, the tassels, and the braided seam where the tassels hang from. Unfortunately, I got this top in BLACK and most of the details are barely visable.I should have gotten a lighter color so that this top could shine like the beauty it is!!Super soft! I ordered a MEDIUM and it is roomy. I found I was nervous about washing it because the tag didn’t have much info. So I turned it inside out, placed it in a lingerie bag, washed in cold water, laid it out on a drying rack then fluffed in dryer set to AIR FLUFF…..it came out beautifully.HIGHLY RECOMMEND….but avoid black if you want details to SHINE!This is the cutest top! I LOVE the fringe on it. I ordered my normal size and fits fine!
