My son surprised me by actually wanting to wear this sweater (normally he wears all t-shirts all the time). The red color is vibrant and a true red - just in case I washed it in a laundry bag but there were no issues with color bleed and it washed and dried well. The feel of the poly blend fabric is nice and soft and I'm told it's comfortable to wear. For size, the 11-12 fits my almost-11 year old (average height, on the slim side) well and will be perfect for this winter, I think the next smaller size would have been too snug. If I get another I would size up to hopefully get more than one season of wear out of it.
